Goal blitz sees Coláiste Eoin to victory

Hat-trick hero Conal Ó Ceallacháin was the star of the show in the UCD Sportsgrounds yesterday evening, where a goal feast from Coláiste Eoin gave them a 9-7 to 1-8 victory over Dublin North in their opening fixture of the Leinster Colleges Senior Hurling A competition.

The Booterstown outfit were well on top in the possession stakes from the word go, as early points from Cillian Ó Seanáin and midfielder Fionn Ó Riain Broin were added to by excellent goals from Dara Ó Gallchobhair and full forward Ó Ceallacháin, all within the opening 11 minutes of play.
