DUBLIN South and Dublin North will return to action tomorrow, as the Leinster Juvenile Hurling ‘A’ League reaches the semi-final stage.

With the two teams on opposite sides of the draw, there is a strong prospect of an all-Dublin affair in the provincial decider. South’s will travel to Ferns, Co Wexford for an encounter with Good Counsel, New Ross, while North will face St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny in Ballykelly GAA (both games throw-in at 2pm).

This will the second time in this year’s competition that Kieran’s have faced Metropolitan opponents, following their thrilling draw with South on March 11. Cian Waldron’s South began their group campaign with a comfortable 4-10 to 2-4 victory over St Peter’s, Wexford, and will be hoping that Mattie Dunne and Aaron O’Toole can maintain their excellent form.

North had six points to spare against Good Counsel on February 12, and progressed to the last-four with similarly impressive successes over Kilkenny CBS and Castlecomer CS. Kieran’s will pose a significant threat for Paraic Tierney’s charges, for whom Luke Swan, Darragh McLoughney and Kevin Byrne have led the way to date.
