FAI Cup Second Round: Bohemians V Firhouse Clover – The Irish Independent – May 30 2015

Bohemians ease through

Bohemians 4 Firhouse Clover 1

Two goals in the space of six second-half minutes by Robbie Creevy were the highlight at Dalymount Park as Bohemians eased through.

Two-time FAI Cup winner Jason Byrne broke the deadlock prior to the half-hour mark after his initial effort had hit the bar, but Firhouse Clover replied with a coolly-converted Luke Synnott penalty three minutes before the break.

Bohs recovered from this setback, and nine minutes after the restart, Creevy unleashed an unstoppable shot into the bottom corner.

The midfielder doubled his account on the hour mark when he poked home a pin-point Roberto Lopes cross, and on 80 minutes, Kealan Dillon completed an impressive second-half showing from the top-flight side by finishing off a goalmouth scramble.
