GIRVAN DEMPSEY’S Leinster ‘A’ team wrapped up the bonus point with a 59-26 win over Plymouth Albion at Donnybrook yesterday.
Wing Sam Coghlan-Murray breezed home for his second try, and his side’s fourth, in the 14th minute, and it was 40-0 six minutes later.
Leinster’s Jordan Coghlan, Ben Marshall, Cian Kelleher and Cathal Marsh scored the rest of the team’s six tries, with Marsh converting all but one.
The steam went out of Leinster from there and Plymouth fought back, with Marc Koteczky rounding the home defence for Lawrence Rayner to make it 40-7 at the interval.
But Leinster woke up in the second half. Garry Ringrose and Tadhg Beirne strolled over and Coghlan-Murray completed his hat-trick.
