COLAISTE EOIN, finalist in 2018-19, have been handed a tough draw in the group stages of the Leinster Schools Senior ‘A’ Hurling Championship.
The Gaelscoil were defeated by St Kieran’s College in last season’s decider and the two teams are set to face each other in the final round of Group A on January 15. Before then, Eoin will begin their campaign away to St Peter’s College, Wexford on December 11.
Their sole home game of this preliminary phase will be at the beginning of January, when they played host to the winners of the forthcoming ‘Group Team’ section – which features Metropolitan rivals Dublin South and Dublin North.
