Eoin impress in Leinster ties

COLAISTE Eoin find themselves on the cusp of a spot in the Leinster Schools Senior ‘A’ Hurling League decider, following an impressive start to their Roinn One campaign.
Courtesy of back-to-back victories against Good Counsel, New Ross and Kilkenny CBS, the Gaelscoil are in line to top their group ahead of a forthcoming encounter with Metropolitan rivals Dublin South. While the ongoing club action across the province makes it difficult to gauge how each team is progressing, this early form bodes well for the Booterstown outfit.
Eoin were defeated by St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny in last term’s provincial championship showpiece and will be hoping to go a step further in 2019/20.
