PADDY SMALL (St Aidan’s)
FOLLOWING a strong performance at O’Toole Park last Friday, St Aidan’s CBS retained their Dublin Schools SF ‘A’ crown.
The Collins Avenue side had a number of excellent performers against St Benildus, but with a personal tally of 0-8 (0-6f) to his name, full-forward Paddy Small had a major influence on the proceedings.
Small (who is a brother of Dublin senior star John) offered a direct option to Aidan’s, and with each of his scores proving to be decisive on the day, he is a worthy recipient of this award for a second time.
