THIRD-QUARTER tries from Alex Kelly and Eoin Joyce were crucial at Belfield as UCD returned to the top of the table. UCD had taken the lead with a Rory Harrison try nine minutes in. It was still 5-0 at half time, but Kelly and Joyce put the result beyond doubt before Rory Scannell pulled back a try for Dolphin. Three yellow cards ended the visitors’ hopes before Adam Clarkin crossed in stoppage time to grab a bonus point for UCD.
